CIT (Collagen Induction Therapy) which is a form of Skin Needling performed as a procedure, using a skin needling roller with multiple needles to penetrate the skin and stimulate new collagen fibre growth, rejuvenating the skin from beneath the surface.

What is RejuvaStamp® ECIT?

How does RejuvaStamp® ECIT work?

Elastin, also found in the dermis layer, is vital in maintaining tautness and extensibility of the skin. Elastin makes up approximately 5% of the dermis layer. Skin's Ageing Process
The major cause of skin ageing is collagen loss. Our skin is made up of many layers. Take a look at the diagram to the right. You can see that the largest of the layers is called the dermis. 75% of the dermis is made from collagen. In healthy skin collagen is arranged in bundles, in a "basket-weave" pattern that gives strength and support to the dermis layer. As skin ages, collagen decreases and the skin becomes thinner, begins to sag and wrinkles start to appear.
